FAQ
›What is the Pomodoro Technique?
A time-management method: work for 25 minutes without interruptions, then take a 5-minute break. After four blocks, take a longer 15–30 minute break.
›Can I change the block lengths?
Yes. Settings lets you change the focus and both break lengths, and your browser remembers them.
›Does the timer run in a background tab?
Yes. The time left appears in the tab title and a sound plays at the end of each phase.
